Full loan document package requests are completed within 2 to 4 hours upon receipt. Full loan document package rush requests are completed within 1 hour upon receipt. The loan document package is delivered via our secured document software. All loan documents are compliant in all 50 states and there is never a charge for redraws.

Review

Shanks & Associates services include review of Texas loan documents. Texas lenders must have a licensed Texas attorney prepare and/or review legal documents affecting title to real property, including a deed, deed of trust, note, and transfer or release of lien. The lender’s loan document package is reviewed and a supplemental Texas document packaged is prepared. The review service is completed in 1 to 2 hours.
